You can easily fly to Dalaman from many UK airports including Gatwick, Luton, Birmingham, East Midlands, Nottingham and others (4 hour flight).
Travelling time from Dalaman to Kalkan is less than 90 minutes' drive. The road is mostly new with very little traffic. Alternatively, charter and scheduled flights are available to Antalya (transfer time 2½ - 3 hours). We can recommend transfers and/or car hire with Enes Car Hire in Kalkan from either airport - just ask us for details.
